1. Order Processing Time : All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During festivals or high-demand periods, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Delivery Time : Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the location. Metro cities may receive orders earlier.

3. Shipping Charges : Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery pincode and order value. FREE SHIPPING is provided over certain amount. 

4. Delivery Partners : We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking : Once your order is shipped, a tracking link/ID will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery : If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may return the parcel. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged / Leaking Product on Delivery : If the order is delivered in a damaged condition, please share an unboxing video or images within 24 hours of delivery for replacement support.
